Carrie spent most of her life in nearby Jasper, Georgia, until she moved to Decatur to attend Agnes Scott College. After receiving her B.A. from Agnes Scott, Carrie went on to earn her J.D. from Emory University School of Law. She still resides in Atlanta, but enjoys working as a prosecuting attorney for the Solicitor General in Cherokee County, closer to her hometown of Jasper.
When she’s not working, Carrie can usually be found spending time with her adorable yellow lab mutt, Stella. She enjoys spending time with friends at outdoor festivals and concerts and on long weekend days in Piedmont Park. A yoga enthusiast, Carrie also enjoys sweating it out in the yoga studio several times a week.
