A native Texan, Lisa is originally from Houston and received her BA from Texas State University in 1984.  Her hobbies include photography, hiking, animals, trying new restaurants, wine tasting, good music, dancing and she is SCUBA certified.

 

One of Lisa's favorite memories was being a real live Mermaid at an underwater amusement park called Aquarena Springs, where she got to wear a gold mermaid outfit, perform magic tricks and feed bananas to the perch!
