Michael races formula cars at Road Atlanta, Charlotte, Daytona, Savannah and Virginia Intl. Raceway.  He used to race professionally but now enjoys racing as a hobby to spend time with friends.  His pastimes now include walking, biking, golf, wine and evenings with good friends. 

Originally from Raleigh, NC, Michael has his BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State Univ.  He enjoys life and always sees the cup half full.  He loves to travel and has been all over the US, Hawaii, Australia, Costa Rica and Europe.  Michael is also deeply involved with his church and loves the opportunities it gives him to serve others.  Most recently he was honored as Cherokee County's Community Volunteer of the Month.
