Services: Provides array of developmental and/or vocational services for children with mental retardation. Social services and transportation services provided. Day habilitation services and supported employment (typically a minimum of 20 hours per week at minimum wage or above in integrated/community based settings). Respite services and family support services. Emphasis for all programs – to promote independence and increase self-sufficiency. Stresses community based options whenever possible.

Services: The Georgia Learning Resources Systems is a teacher support system for special educators and people who work with exceptional children. Materials center, videotape collection, special projects, teacher and parent training, information interchange, diagnostic evaluation for handicapped children in conjunction with the Georgia Center for Students with Disabilities.

Services: Provides in-home care to individuals who are severely physically disabled or who have traumatic brain injuries, and are between the ages of 21-64. These individuals need more care than can be provided by Community Care Services Program. Participants must meet the criteria for nursing home placement although they remain in the community.
